PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Active participation with a presentation / poster in presence mode, a certificate of attendance and publication of the article in IJREL or the indexed conference proceedings (monograph).
Plus 2 dinners and 2 lunches
Conference Fee Payment before 1 July 2025 – 550 PLN (140 EUR)
Conference Fee Payment after 1 July 2025 – 650 PLN (160 EUR)

Active participation PhD students with an online presentation / poster, a certifi cate of attendance and publication
Conference Fee Payment before 1 July 2025 – 400 PLN (100 EUR)
Conference Fee Payment after 1 July 2025 – 480 PLN (120 EUR)

Passive participation without a presentation / poster, with a certifi cate of attendance
Conference Fee Payment 200 PLN (50 EUR)

The full text you could send the full article (chapter for the Conference Monograph on E-learning Series) prepared according to the template and signed Author Agreement to dlcc@us.edu.pl. The Template of Chapter and Author Statement attached.

In case of preparing of the article for publication in the International Journal of Research in E-learning (IJREL) please use the OJS system of IJREL for submission online : https://journals.us.edu.pl/index.php/IJREL/about/submissions . The Template of Article and Author Statement available on the IJREL web-site.

Important dates:

1st July 2025 – 1st deadline for submission of registration forms and the final deadline for submission of monograph chapter and/or of IJREL article (2025). Registration fee payment.
1st August 2025 – 2nd deadline for submission of registration forms and the final deadline for submission of monograph chapter and/or of IJREL article (2024/2025). Registration fee payment.
15th September 2025 – 3rd deadline for submission of registration forms and IJREL articles (2025). End of the registation fee payment.
1st October 2025 – distribution of the complete conference programme.
